Our BYO Winch Kit includes everything needed for your portable winch except the winch itself. Just supply your own winch and you'll be ready to rock and roll in under five minutes.
What's Included
- Heavy-duty 3/16" steel portable winch chassis with durable black powder-coated finish
- Free-spinning carry handle for comfortable transport
- Rubber feet
- Battery adapter with heavy-duty 8 AWG wiring for your choice of:
- DeWalt® 20V MAX batteries
- Milwaukee® M18 batteries
- All required mounting hardware for the winch and winch control box
- Set of electrical connectors and heat shrink for connecting battery adapter to winch
What You'll Need
To complete your winch, you'll also need:

- Chassis is designed around the Badland® 56258 2,500 lb Utility Winch
- Fairlead, if one is not included with your winch

Battery Use & Important Safety Information
This device does not include a low-voltage cutoff. Battery charge level must be monitored during use. Stop using the winch before the battery becomes fully discharged, and always remove the battery from the winch when you are finished.
